Fight for Equality Poster

This New York Times poster declares, “The Fight for Suffrage Is the Fight for Equality and It Isn’t Over.” Marking the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment, the poster is available unframed or framed.

This poster originally appeared in The Times on Aug. 16, 2020, in a special newspaper section examining the history of women’s suffrage and the 19th Amendment. It took the work of generations of suffragists before the 19th Amendment was ratified on Aug. 18, 1920, giving American women the right to vote.

The bottom of the poster says: ““The 19th Amendment was just one step toward making all Americans equal in the eyes of the law. We are the suffragists’ legacy.”

The poster is available unframed at 13.25 x 22.25 or framed in a black wood (3/4 wide) with plexiglass that measures approximately 14.75 x 23.75. Framing comes with hardware attached, ready to hang.
